Perhaps you can send him yours? And maybe some of those black nitrile gloves too. Those will come in handy for when Ron needs to upgrade to the latest, just released parts.

Ex-squeeze me, first time I met you you we're using instant detailer on your car at RTTC I. I guess it takes one to know one :D

Hey buddy, I walked in them shoes. Once the honeymoon wears off, you'll be ready to rumble. :D

Ron in SoCal 03-13-2014 07:33 PM

So true Todd. Just like the boat...ding it once and she's ready to rock!

Last I read here, our hero had DP at the interior shop.

To borrow a line from 'a short, stocky, slow-witted bald' sitcom character...are you "ensconced in velvet" yet Ron? :flashie:

:walkingdog:

Track Junky 04-09-2014 07:16 AM

Ron is hiding now that the car is complete. He knows we need to some some track duty video from that thing and he's avoiding it. :poke:

Ron is the only guy I know that has THREE sets of wheels for one build.... I have three sets of wheels for one car -- but that's because they're mounted up with race tires that actually get used up and I need to be ready for a quick pit stop change out between sessions.

LOL

Oh man some of you guys are such easy targets.

Ron in SoCal 04-09-2014 12:28 PM

^ I'm shooting for at least 4 sets on the next one

For the '68? Or will the four sets of wheels be for the one after that, which you've probably already started planning?

Track Junky 04-09-2014 05:40 PM

Went on a little roadtrip today to check out interior progress. Yeah the car has takien a while, but it's moving now. All panels are fabbed and currently being covered. Owner Mark says it'll be a day or so and then it's done.
