Good Morning All,

Quick Update.......

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...gs/AIRlogo.jpg

I met with the guy's from Air Ride at Indy Good Guy's.
After Talking with Jeremy we decided that we needed to upgrade the suspension on Syborg to the new Level Pro system.

Normally I would show you pictures of the actual parts but then we all know Kenny's not good with Pictures.
So the good guy's at Air Ride sent me there catalog images just in case.

Below is the new ARC4000L System.
It has some pretty cool features instead of me telling you in my words I figured it would be easier to just do a cut and past from Air Rides Site.

There new Pocket size remote control.

The new LevelPro™ leveling system is the most advanced air suspension control system available today.
It is the result of several years of development by “hands on” engineers and refinement in real world vehicles.

The LevelPro™ system uses a unique combination of ride height sensors AND air pressure sensors to quickly achieve your selected ride height.
By comparing the position of the ride height sensor to the air pressure the vehicle is leveled with no crossloading.

FEATURES
• More accurate leveling of ride height sensors in addition to air pressure sensors allows extremely accurate vehicle leveling with no crossloading

• Better air pressure sensors
New voltage based air pressure sensors eliminate EMI interference and grounding problems that can lead to inaccurate pressure readings and ride heights. This new voltage based sensor has more resolution [accuracy] and quicker response to allow faster and more accurate air pressure presets. It’s also smaller in diameter to allow direct installation into the RidePro® and BigRed solenoid blocks to eliminate remote mounting panels with extra lines and fittings.

• Easier viewing in bright light from any angle
VFD [vacuum florescent display] instead of an LCD [liquid crystal display]

• Ride-height-on-start
Each time the vehicle is started it will automatically go to highway ride height.

• Control panel programming
All programming [including the ride-height-on- start feature] can be accessed from the control panel so you can hide the ECU and still have easy access to all programming functions.

• 3 ‘1 touch’ ride height presets
Accessible from control panel.
These ride heights are programmed by a simple push and hold action similar to programming a radio station preset.
No secret sequence of buttons to push!

• Backlit soft touch silicone buttons
Easier actuation by feel, no diverting your eyes from the road to see which button you're pushing!

• Extruded aluminum ECU
More robust to avoid physical damage during installation

The Level Pro is a pretty cool system... the one annoyance is that is "pulses" while setting itself to the programmed height(s). Fortunately the guys at Air Ride came up with a new chip board to eliminate the "pulsing". Make sure you get it now... or you will have to get it later.:)

Can't wait to see the truck done.

still in the works. I think my brother in law is a sketsophrenic, selfish, wanna be a car guy, sorry mofo! From what I understand he may be looking into it for himself after selling me on the idea. The saga continues though.

Good Afternoon All,

The cab is back from the Powder Coaters.
Kenny said it looks really good and he's very happy.

Instead of media blasting the cab to remove all of the paint they decided to cook it off.
How would you like to be in that oven?

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...07_08_01_0.jpg

He's got one of those Tripods and he still takes blurry pics.
Travis can you please help him or do I have to buy him one of those steady shot camera's?

http://www.syborgtwinturbo.com/album...07_08_01_2.jpg

Wait he must have gotten the Tripod out for this picture.
Seems down south they will do anything for a great but shot.

Ps - I've spared everyone's eye's and painted in a longer shirt.

Truth be told if anyone is every looking for a great shop to work with the guy's at
Kenny's shop are a blast to work with. They are totally laid back and have way to much fun.
