The government wouldn’t allow this new. Stiffer crash/ roll over guidelines now , I bet anyways. That’s why the concept Challanger changed so much with production cars. I bet usage of existing under pinnings might of helped the change in production cars too. I’m a Chevy guy, but the concept Challanger looked great. Made me consider buying a new car.

Car looks fantastic Mark, as do all your builds!! Any chance you know the part number on the power brake vacuum hose?? :)

Just two Gates 1/2 hoses with a molded in 90 degree bends. Ask your parts store for them.

Do you use the ecm to control the cooling fans? Curious to what everyone does to control the fans with AC request?
Thanks and beautiful build.

Yes I use the ECM to PWM the fans. This is not how the GM crate cal is set up. I have to make a new cal to do that.

The fan runs off 3 inputs - Coolant Temp, AC head pressure and inlet air temp post intercooler bricks.

Ok.Thanks I've intalled a few gm crate engines with gmpp computers and used the fan wire from the gmpp harness but there isn't a way to tell it when AC is turned on unfortunately.

You can use a trinary switch on the a/c line, so the computer controls the fans whenever the a/c is off, and once the a/c is on the switch bypasses the computer control and turns the fans on automatically. I'm going to be using a standalone PWM controller for my twin Ron Davis fans.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the GM ECM doesn't use a trinary switch when controlling fans by way of PWM.

Doesn't get much cleaner than this, the wheel fitment is also perfect! Can't wait to see how it does on the street & track.

Mark have ever had issues with the latch in the hood popping open at high speeds? I'm not sure if your using the original latch mechanism. I've noticed many car builders use hood pins and my father before me has warn me about the risk at high speeds. thanks sir.
