Looks Great!

When I was looking at Hellfire at SEMA I noticed there were no down bars. With the 2 cars being very similar to each other why is JA2.0 using them?

The transmission crossmember is mounted to the floor pans?

JA had them to start off with so we reinstalled them. I don't think they are really needed but it should stiffen the front a bit.

Hellfire had carbon inner fendrs and modifing them for front down bars would be hard. With JA steel inner fenders it is easy to cut and weld.

Jeff-

They tie into the seat reinforcements and have a doubler in the floor pan. I like the extra exhaust clearnace. It is time consuming to make the set up but it is very clean.

Mark,

Would you be able to comment or do you have pictures that show more of how you have to modify stock front inner fenders to accommodate the tires you will use?

I believe you have stated a lot of it is in the DSE subframe, but I figured it was worth asking. Perhaps you or someone else could weigh in on the first point of contact being the stock front subframe in which case I would have a satisfactory answer.

:thankyou:

This is my 4th car with a DSE front subframe. I was able to fit a 18 X 10 wheels with a 275/30R18 under the stock 69 Camaro fenders with out modifing any sheet metal. They do rub sometimes but it is very "car guy" safe. Red Devil was tracked a lot and the inner fenders had a lot of bare metal.

Mark,

Do you have pics with a wheel mounted?

$1100 for all four? Yikes, I can afford that!
