How do the heads look?

Not to bad...at least I think so. Not the best picture but after I wiped them down a bit it didn't look like they got hit to hard. Going to take them into the machine shop tomorrow and see if I can have them freshened up.

How far was it bored out?

sorry about your loss but **** happens!
To me it looks like the head can be saved, it might need a weld but it should be good to go again.
what can you save as far as the rest of the parts?

Not sure but it doesn't look very thick does it!
