Well here are some update pics. I got the body lightly blasted last week except for the quarters we are going to replace, the bent up tail panel and rusted out trunk floor. We decided to do the full quarter since there are some small rust spots up top to deal with at the same time. We got a complete trunk floor and quarters from Classiic Industries, they usually have a nice 20%off sale you can get a deal on. We will be building our own wheel tubs to gain the most room possible for the low ride height and 335 tires.

Well some pics of the car and parts.

Here is shot of the BFG KDW2's and R-1's tires we plan to run on track days, autocross events and on the street. The slicks are not allowed in certain events due to the low tread wear rating.

Here is a shot of the Ecoated 14" rotors from Wilwood. They sure look sharp.

There will be plenty of updates between now and the end of August. We plan to display the car as a mocked up roller in the Chassisworks booth at the West Coast nationals. Now that Columbus is wrapped up and we are back hauling ass in the shop, we have few cars to get done before we prep the C6-57 for it hopeful booth spot at SEMA.

I need to install the LS7 engine which will happen Saturday with the front sheetmetal and aluminum core support and all the Anvil goodies. We also just got our Ring Bro hinges and hood pins. Once I get the Adapter parts from Chassisworks for the 14" rotors from the 13"s we had planned to run I can install those. I just ordered the axles and rear diff to get those installed in the car. I talked with Hector from Rick's tanks yeaterday and should see a tank in a few weeks. We need to install the Chassisworks rollcage into the car next week and then begin to build the dash to fit the Speedwire switch box unit with the ISIS power system and the Racepak unit with the EFI control unit. We are trying decide if we will install the Kinsler Cross ram unit or if we will run a fully adjustable unit or a factor ECU based system, either way most systems will plug right into the Racepak.

Well I told you we would have some Big updates this week.

I finally got all the Carbon Fiber parts from Anvil Auto ( www.anvilauto.com ).
MAN all I can say it they are beautiful. Tyler Delivered the big parts to me at the LA Roadster show, When we opened the box all the wives and Girlfriends were hanging out and not a one of them understand what Carbon fiber is or does, But they all said in at the same time , "UUUUHHHH PRETTY". My thought has always been when you build something and show it to some one who has no clue what they are looking at and they think it is apealing to the eye, your doing something right.

Well check out these master pieces of carbon fiber from Anvil Auto. I wonder if Anvil could combine my Two favorite things, Carbon Fiber and BOOBS?

Check out the underside of the hood, What a way to finish off an engine compartment.

We have the LS7 and T-56 set in place with a synister bracket system and some fancy ATS carbon valave covers. We also have a Performance radiator Aluminum core support and radiator mocked up in place. It is sure coming togther fast. And looks really good.
