Thanks for the kind comments. I'll try to post some more photos soon.
Greg - the mill and lathe are very humbling for a wanna be machinist. They are great for converting money into chips. Garage Dog - the 356 should be done sometime this year. Nothing as radical as your 356 project. What doesn't show, is the new red leather interior, and the new trick 356 Porsche engine. When finished, it will be a fairly nice restomod with EFI. It is amazing how much money you can spend trying to get close to 200 hp out of 1883 cc's. Probably been cheaper to put an LS motor in the back seat! |
I was just house hunting. I told my realtor that I wanted a two car garage with a bedroom and kitchen. she laughed until I told her I was serious. Anything in my price range didn't work for me, so I went to plan "B".
I found a small ranch with a one car attached. before I put an offer in, I went down to city hall just to make sure I had enough setback and land to add on. it all looked good so I signed my P&S yesterday. If I have enough money after I actually move in, I will hopefully be pouring the form for a 12' wide, by about 20' deep addition to the garage within a couple of months. :woot: |

Nice!! Noticed the LS power in the back there... Sweet... Just curious - what is the "lump" under the snow in front of the middle bay there? :) |
Hey greg the ls in back ground is a mast ls7 for next build under cover.
The lump is my new 4 post list,i need to set up. Thanks Scott:thumbsup: |
WAY KOOL....
Make sure you bolt that 4 poster to the floor! My buddy ruined TWO cars not securing the bottom of his and that bad boy came crashing down... "so much for shortcuts"... :wow: |
