I know it's been months since there has been an update...here she is. Couldn't take it anymore and had to take her off the frame.

It took a whole roll of 80 grit d/a, roloc discs, and a hammer and chisel to clean her up. There was absolutely NO rust anywhere! She was powder coated with gloss black then cleared twice! Looks like a black onyx!

Thanks Coolwelder!!! Working on it just about everyday for a couple hours at a time. Sure takes a long time to get anything done.

Lots of prep! Two coats of PPG DP90LF followed by two coats of Sikkens Rally Black!
