Seems like the only time I ever take off is to go out
of town. I need to take a few days off and get the car back together.
Time to fab up the exhaust. With the new torque arm, we had to re-make everything from the mufflers back and did some tweaking up front. As you will see from the following pics, there was no room for the tail pipes. Dan went up and over the watts and further into the trunk. http://i1138.photobucket.com/albums/...tomexhaust.jpg |

Absolutely beautiful work. Smart move keeping those tail pipes. That's one of the next changes for me. I'm about sick of my dumps.:willy:

Great work!!!! You gonna have it done for VIR next week??

Dan is a pretty talented Dude!
He Tig's everything.
My car is not going to make VIR. Thought it would be back from paint last week, but it was not meant to be. I am driving in friday about 6:30 pm or so and staying with Ron. I am going to miss your run, but you can fill me in. |
Really nice work their Payton!

The work on the exhaust is awesome. Makes me really want to learn how to tig.

Nice looking exhaust. Do you have any picture of the finished trunk? That turned out to be a lot of work but it looks awesome. Different animal now I'm sure. Like you told me I guess, "if you are gonna be a bear you might as well be a grizzly."
I missed seeing it when I was there Friday. If he keeps getting those Camaros in he's gonna have to rename the place Holohan's Pro-Touring Camaro's . The Nova's have been relegated to the annex... |
