I agree 100% Payton. Wow, can't wait to see it at OUSCI. Congrats Danny

I remember drooling over that Vette at the RTTC earlier this year. I think you had some motor troubles with it at that event but I remember seeing it taking some turns.

Wasn't the car just shot for a magazine as well? I want to say I remember looking it over.

No engine trouble at RTTC. I was overheating the brakes and a stock caliper blew apart. We have fixed that problem with a nice set of Wilwood Brakes.

Chevy High Performace just featured the car in the September 2013 issue.

Ah okay. I just remember seeing the car being worked on. Glad you got the problem fixed!

That's right...it was a really really nice write up too! I'll have to dig around and find that issue again. We get about 10 different magazines here, so they get piled up.

The Corvette got upgraded with new JRI Shocks and we played at a place we have not been for almost 20 years...Crows Landing. We hope to get this site back long term. SCCA was able to secure it for a trial weekend. I don't think we used half of the property. The course was over 6200 ft long and about 90 seconds for most cars. We walked the course once and got three runs. This is my second. Memorizing the course was almost impossible. Look ahead!

Great run. Car sounds great and sticks to the track well. Thanks for sharing the video!

That looked like a fun course! Good speed and dependency on vision skills and reaction time.

How did the car work with the new shocks?

The JRI Shocks are incredible. We have never been able to adjust our shocks before, and the adjustments we made changed the car dramatically. That is part of the beauty of these shocks. We also made a significant spring change. The combo fixed a small issue we have had for many years and the car is faster than it was.

Really good shocks are a ton of money, but once you experience the differences the money is secondary to the rewards. Nice to hear a great car is greater!

That did seem long, new motor...new shocks and that thing looks faster than ever. Sounds good also.
