Well, it has been awhile since an update due to the fact of missing parts. When I pulled my car out of the previous shop I was told that all the parts were packed in the car and they were NOT, I should have pulled the parts out and checked before I took the car, Lesson learned. I have since made two more major purchases through MCB for needed parts before progress could continue. Matt and Kim have been great!!! Here are a couple pics...more to come later in the week.

Scott, I am pretty excited about this 55. Coming up with a plan will be half the fun. I think an aftermarket chassis will be out of the budget but would be sweet if I could afford it. The 55 is a 1 family owned car that has been in Texas its entire life. Been stored inside since 1969 when the elderly owner lost her license. Original everything. Will need trunk and floor pans but that is it for rust. |
