I've told it here before several times...they used their platform to steal a car from a friend of mine in order to help one of their own out.

They are the dirtiest of dirty in my book.

Thanks! Can't wait to see it again tomorrow. I hear rough plumb is done, windows are in roof is dried on and HVAC installed. Electricians start this week.

Making progress...

Almost all of interior rough in is done, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, low voltage, security, fire system, all complete. They even got a good start on the Lath this week.

Should be ready for an options review on 11/27 then they can insulate and start on sheetrock.

Landscaping is on us, after closing. This is what we are starting to plan and work on now that we are settled here. Gotta figure out what we want to do with this courtyard area by the front door...

Also ran into a guy doing epoxy floors in a neighbor's house today, that happens right after close as well.

Went to Good Guys yesterday, talked with several lift and epoxy floor vendors there...and watched some fun racing as well.

With some Yellow Food Coloring and a Baby Ruth or Two!
