Originally I wanted to have a stock looking seat. But because this truck should be able to corner I didn't want to slide off. Used the stock frame without the springs. It is very comfy and holds me in place well.

Going to give the truck a final buff and detail, then wax. Researching there are a few new options. Ceramic, grapheen ceramic to name a couple. Not sure if they are worth it on a truck that will likely never see rain and always stored indoors. I have been using Meguires for years and am leaning to their "Ultimate". What are you using?

Meguiar's Nxt 2.0... but I agree some the ceramics look good!

I personally use AMMO NYC products on my cars and love them... the owner of the company Larry Kosilla has great Youtube channel as well showing you how to use all of his products. I got into detailing by watching his videos and have been supporting him ever since.

That being said, detailing products are getting so good nowadays that you really can't go wrong. I used Turtle Waxes new products recently on my daily driver and loved the results!

After a lot of research I am going with my tried and true Meguir's 2.0. I believe the Ceramics are superior, but in my application where I Colour sand then polish then wax.......then find more colour sanding scatches, so do more buff and wax and so on and so on, I think the conventional wax is the way for me to go.

Spent the last week buffing and polishing details. Went for an uneventful cruise.
Love the paddle shifter. The manual brakes are very nice. Power steering is a little heavier effort than I was expecting, but I like it. Corners like its on rails.

Several guys with slammed trucks complained of no storage in these trucks. This is part of my answer to that.

Waiting for my carpet to arrive to finish off the interior.

Looks nice. I hope to achieve that level of quality with my finished project.
HEH HEH I think I may have a finished project some day, LOL.
