Had to cut that top center section of the trans tunnel to fit the recess, Settled on a shifter location, riv nuts through the fiberglass seemed ok but added some reinforcement to the backside just to be safe.

I had so many questions about the random taxidermy that I didn't notice the photo was sideways. 😆

With Apple products if you take the pic in portrait mode they will post sideways. If you take pics in landscape the issue is gone.

A friend stopped by today so I took full advantage of him and put the body back on. Playing with different looks, with & without hardtop, fenders etc..
(these are not the wheels and tires i'll be running, these are just for rollers)

Made a battery hold down and moved it to a corner of the trunk area.

It's coming together nicely and looking good!
