A bad case of blue balz already....

I think maybe he was afraid of all the upgrades to BMF... and now we'll never know... so the dream can live on.

What upgrades, I haven't seen one part bolted on that car. It would of been time for another restoration by the time that pipe dream came to fruition. :unibrow:

Albert you make those Birds look good!

tazzz2_ca 11-29-2012 07:10 AM

:-) it was fun Gaetano and thanks Ron we try....

Sandbagger, the car is a real 1973 TA with a DSE front sub-frame, Ride Tech 4 link with triple coil-overs over adjustable on a full floater.... the motor is a 475ci injected Pontiac with the worlds first Jesel outfitted CV-1 canted valve heads married to a T56 6 speed.... The seats and door panels are custom upholstered in Cadillac Escalade leather (currently has Riccardo's,,, but still have the matching Sparco white 505's)...Wheels are 18" X 12" 3 piece custom carved interpretations of the Pontiac Ralley II's on 335 rubber all the way around the car.... The front clip/panels are built in Carbon Fiber and the car is for sale BTW

I wasn't trying to pick on the little small block guy. I was trying to speak more towards Todd's selective choice of pictures.

I attended Goodguys Southeastern Nationals in Charlotte in October during a trip to the US. Where I met Real Bob Johnson n checked out his mid engined 69 mach 1 Stang.
At Goodguys I took my cameras n managed to gain access inside the wire fence . I'll get a chance to post a few images in the next few days.

Man what a creative badass build. I've wanted to drop an LSX/auto combo in a Jaguar MKII for some time as a daily driver. Luxury for days and reliability.... MAYBE. lol

Beach Cruiser 01-26-2014 05:01 AM

All these pictures are posted in my build thread, but I thought I'd put them here as well. A little autox action from the summer and a couple of shots on track at VIR.
