I will warn you --- if you think they'll automatically like what you do (cars).... well I hope that works out for you!

My son LOVES cars - as long as they're will in excess of $300,000 but doesn't know a nut from a bolt....

My daughter would spend all day in the boat engine room or in the shop - didn't matter.

LOL

I’d be surprised if she likes what I like lol! But she’ll know how to change a tire! She’s been pretty easy thus far....it’s only been a week lol!

Back to diapers!

Spiffav8 07-16-2018 07:07 PM

Aj is adorable! Can’t wait to meet her. She’s going to be a lot of fun.

Congratulation's on the new baby John. The car is looking great.

We Have Progress!

I've been busy with work, and learning how to be a dad....Meanwhile Jim has been busy on the Camaro. Most recently working on the hood Gaps and Fit.

Thank You, Jim has definitely gone the extra mile on the gaps. The Car will come out better than I ever expected for sure.

johnnymac46 02-26-2019 04:24 AM

Trucklid Attempt 2

the trunk lid I ordered initially was way out of adjustment, Jim tried to make it fit, but at the end of the day it was just too cheap of a product. Jim ordered a new one and it would appear we are on track again in the rear of the car.

I'll shut up now.

For real though

All Joking aside, Jim has been crushing it above and beyond expectations! installed a the cage, smoothed the firewall, subframe connectors, fit the Fesler Flushmount glass, extended the A-pillars, and Fenders to clean up the gap where the trim would normally fill.

NOT TO MENTION THE BADASS PAINTJOB!!!!

Ill shutup now.

Nice! Is that a really dark gray, or a black with a lot of metallic?

Either way, looks great, congrats.

Daniel

johnnymac46 10-22-2019 12:24 PM

It’s a really dark gray. It looks black when it’s not in direct light!

Love how they ended the A-pillar. That’s probably one of the best fitting flush mount glass swaps I’ve seen.

Thank You Sir! We’ll get there, at the rate I’m going I’ll have it finished when he gets his license.

Jim really killed the metal work on the flushmount. We spent a lot of time digging up how other people had done them to find what we liked. I’m very happy with the outcome.

WSSix 11-08-2020 08:07 AM

Very nice! Good luck with the kiddos and the car, John.
