Either way will look good. I love that picture in front of the garage. Do you remeber what that top radiator hose was from or a part number?

After searching my ass off for some 19156430 valve covers that are discontinued i found a set at a dealership in houston. SO now I'm here. Trying to decide to leave it alone or paint the letters to color match my car. Thoughts?

It could go either way, but I think it's perfect as is.

WOW!!! What a blast! How fast were you allowed to take it? Are there any special requirements for the car?

DT69Cam 03-25-2017 04:28 AM

That engine bay looks sick. Which accessory drive and AC compressor did you use, thx!!

randy 03-25-2017 11:51 AM

Well after looking at the rules there are no rules for speed. You just can't pass the pace car. Next time we are really going to get on it since I was a rookie and didn't know what I could get away with

Accessories are corvette with kwik ac bracket

Anyone have any creative ways of mounting a line lock to the wildwood prop valve combo? Line lock you have 1 line that feeds it and one line out. It would be so much easier installing it between the master cylinder and prop valve instead of after the prop valve but i was inform that was not the correct way. Thoughts? If so ill have to bend the two front lines going to the prop valve back some into a T and the open end to the line line then line lock to the prop valve.

Wow lots of changes. Looks great. And well done on the power increase.

WSSix 08-15-2020 02:14 PM

That's fantastic, Randy. Glad to know you're putting miles on the car!

randy 08-15-2020 08:51 PM

Appreciate the kind words

Let’s see I installed power windows, center console, e85 flex fuel, changed sway bars and spring rates, garage door opener, and bought a few sets of tires lol. Man I wish I could go back and help the rookie me. Hours and hours of researched has this car sorted out.

Anyone else’s windshield seem to chip easily? 20k miles on it and I need a windshield from all the Little Rock chips. Rest of the car doesn’t have any chips

I was lucky to do a Hot Rod Power Tour one year, race over to west coast with over 4k miles without a scratch.
