Have a safe trip Greg! The go-cart came out most excellent!!

Well -- I got the car -- drove it a bit and did do a video.... But I'm a bit GoPro "challenged" so I managed to stick the thing upside-down hanging in back so the exhaust would record and the half shafts could be seen flipping on it's maiden voyage. Unfortunately I didn't set the camera so that it would record right side up. Nobody wants to see a video upside-down!

Car runs fine - needs some driving to tune itself.... which I will do once in California.

I also brought my "good camera" and attempted to take some shots of it - but the camera wouldn't snap a picture and kept giving me some lame azz error code. So nothing there either. Funny - once I got settled for the night - stupid camera worked just fine. Oh well...

Here's a couple different looks -- but I'll take real pics at the show.

It looks great ! I really like the way the wheels look with the dark centers. That first drive must have felt good.
Hey Greg maybe with some of your retirement time you could take a camera course. lol Enjoy it!

Grey, when you get home, I gotta come over and see it. You gotta be estatic!

Wayne --- I know!! I S U C K.... the phone cameras just won't take a photo if it's at all dark - you only get the shake look.... And I have no clue what the good one was trying to tell me except it must have been something like "Dude! You are too stupid to use me so I quit!" :woot:

Now I have to figure out a way to 'edit' the GoPro video on my Mac... I'm clueless... but someone must know or I'll spend some time looking it up and then I'll post some video.

Lenie -- just bring some of that extra cash you have. Give it to me instead of the scammers. I'll no doubt have a 'list' of things that need tweaking when I get back so will probably end up dropping it off in Portland for that "honey do" list... Then I'm hauling it back down to Pleasanton for the June GoodGuys show there. Then it's home a couple days and back down to Pomona for the LA Roadsters Fathers Day show. :woot:

Thanks Tonny! It looks WAY better in person I can tell ya.... It has a SAR "quality" look and feel. I'm very happy with the level of fit and finish these guys do...

I realize you don't have much seat time yet, but how is the placement of the seat, steering wheel, shifter working out?
