Hey Wayne Awesome decision :wow: :wow: Have a great Christmas!

great choice that LSA looks awesome!!!

waynieZ 12-23-2014 08:43 AM

Thanks JJ I don't even have rollers to put on it to move it around yet. I will definitely keep you in mind!!
Hi Rich Glad to hear you settled in.
I got a set of 1-7/8 American Racing Headers and a Magnaflow 3" system for it. Looking into which mounts that will work with them. I was thinking of the dirty Dingo mounts they put the engine in the original bell housing position, then 11/16" forward, then 1 11/16" forward, and the last set position the LS engine 2 1/4 inches forward from the original bell housing position. Not sure how the slider mounts they make are. I also saw some other that only move it a small amount at a time from original the less than an inch at a time. There are so many out there to pick (guess) from. lol

Merry Christmas to all of you and your families.

Congrats on the LSA acquisition.

It'll look good taking up residence at 'stately Wayne Manor'.

Wayne, Just looked through your build thread, Man I remember seeing that car when it was tore down to nothing, It has came a long ways. Do you have any thoughts on colors?

Revved 12-29-2014 08:01 AM

Congrats on the build! It looks great!

When I opened the first page of the thread I'd thought I'd seen a ghost. My best friend in Highschool that got me into cars has an identical 69 Camaro, vynal top, torque thrusts and all... visually identical to how your car started. First car I rebuilt while in tech school 20+ years ago. First live engine rebuild. First suspension rebuild. First auto trans rebuild. First rear end rebuild. Must have done something right because it's still all running today!

Time to get this baby on the road!!
