I thought I posted a couple shots of the car mostly together, but I guess you guys were just excited about the engine lol.

We will be in the Spec Clutch booth at SEMA, so come say hi!

And, with no further ado... Here it is:

Thank you guys! It was really fun putting it together with Dick this week. You can never really tell what kind of attitude the car is going to have until all of the lights, wheels, and trim go on! The goal was to build a car where all of the exterior modifications blended together, to create something different without any stand out parts. Basically, if Chevy guys can tell it isn't stock but can't tell what is different on the body, we've accomplished our goal  There is actually no billet on the exterior of the car, which is almost un pro touring, and almost no modern styling cues. When we finally stood back and looked at it on Thursday, or Friday, it looked so clean, I was a bit worried it wouldn't hold a candle to many of the other top notch pro touring cars that are headed to this years show.

Anyway, I walked into the shop this morning with Gregg to take care of a few little issues, and snap a few shots to submit for a couple of the SEMA design contests, and the natural lighting filtering in through the sky lights made my job easy.

Oh, and Glassman, it's a car. I'm going to drive it. :unibrow: And I also kind of want to prove that it isn't just a show car. :) Right now it runs and drives, and is free of leaks (so far - knock on wood). It has an oil cooler for just about everything, big tires, and some good suspension under it. It also has about two miles on it, so there is that...

You built one hellofa car Matt! Can't wait to see it. Not you - but the car. Hope Steve is coming down... I'd like to see him. And Dick... and your mom.

Doesn't look like it but did the diffuser work out and make it on?
