We just got back from Pleasanton----man, do I wish I had never made this post---every person who frequents this site and attended the show approached me with the following comment---"So is this the crappy gapped car"? LOL---was a really good time---met a bunch of great folks ---

Doug

Eh, enough with this talk about panel gap spray. I think it is about time for you to disclose some specs and maybe even pictures of your secret prototype rear Baer brakes.

It just goes to show that you don't have to spend big money to have a great car and big fun. Kudos to you on your award. Wish I could of been there to celebrate.

Checking panel gap is allowed if there's a "For Sale" sign on your car.

Otherwise, they're just being gay.

You mean Happy? LOL

Doug, I was late to the show and missed ya..

I must say I was mentally prepared to see these gaps in person. It wasn't meant to be. So I just drank all the beers in the Gearhead Garage booth. :D

Hope you had a great trip man. Have to catch you next time.

My buddy got a 68 El Camino today with a 454 and 4 speed for a great deal. Man it sounded good and just made me realize I must get back into a muscle car ASAP. To hell with these Euro cars! :willy: ;)

Dude, I know--that sucks. I ran my best Auto X numbers on Sunday before they closed it down at noon---31.33. Got your message later in the day driving home. I told Jason you may be dropping by on Sunday, glad you got to meet up with those guys. Good luck on the sale of the Porsh---There are pics of the trip over at PT--lots of them---including Auto X--it's under Open Discussion and thread is GG Pleasanton Show. Talk soon bro.

Doug
