You'd better be strapped in tight before you stab those brakes!

Looks great.

Stock motor mounts? How much work did that take? The wheels and tires look good.

The wheels get spaced out farther when the parking brake assembly's are installed.

clill 02-18-2009 11:07 AM

Stock mounts were more work but that mount should make for a quieter-smoother ride.

the plug is called a canon connector or a mil spec connector

here is a link to a thread about them.

Used on all aircraft, you can get high density into a small area. Very little voltage drop, positive lock, keyed to prevent incorrect orientation.

Cool metal work..

It started live as a 2 door sedan and they built the rest from Ford drawings.

That B400 is a work of art. Camaro looks perfect too.

What is the story on the hood latch support/cover? One off piece I presume?

clill 02-21-2009 08:38 PM

In case anybody isn't counting.....105 days till Power Tour.

The B400 belongs to a friend out here in Ca. Weird that we both end up with our cars at Reiters and we had never mentioned them to each other.

Yes the latch setup is all custom because of all the coolers stuffed up front.

Looking Good Charley.......................

Camaro is looking good !!! Just about ready for Detroit Autorama............less than 2 weeks and seeing the glass and dash in, means it's in the home stretch. One thing that troubles me is the 160 top mph , with that engine package, doesn't the Corvette do 200 mph top speed? Time to put Stewart -Warner on speed dial.....

we wehre not able to use the stock latch because we moved the rad, air cond, and intercooler forward, so we used a VW latch and made a cover to make sure all the air went through the rad.
