Amazing build!
The stance on that car is perfect! Wait til Nick see's this..........Hey Nick you out there:poke: |
this this came out great.
|
Looks so sick. But the fender trims are no bueno
|
Rodger I don't know how I missed the seats ! Wow those are simply awesome !!! WOW!!
|
Amazing work coming out of this shop, very nice!
Is the wheel base shorter than stock? It doesn't look like the wheel is centered in the rear, looks forward. Not a dig at all, looks perfect and changes the entire look of the car. This car needs video with loud noises! Dan |

Thanks Videos are coming. |
Looks perfect. I hadn't noticed the front and didn't know what was different until I was looking at another chevelle in the for sale section.
You guys nailed it, interior, frame, stance, another kick ass hot rod! :trophy-1302: Dan |
Having stopped by on my road trip to Phoenix --- I can personally speak from having seen the car.... it is BAD ASS. The dash billet is awesome! And as Dan just said - the stance is pure Ironworks. Rodger seems to have a knack for nailing that part.
There are cars that drive into a car show -- and EVERYONE just seems to fixate on them as they cruise by. You're not sure why -- you're not sure what's been done to it -- but it sucks you in and you can't look away. This is one of those. |

The Fairway Chevrolet Chevelle is just about ready for the Interior shop.
We have been held up on a sway bar that is on NASCAR back order. Apparent the bar I need is used on the new Gen 6 cars and they are still filling orders from the NASCAR boys. http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...25-2013005.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...-2013004-1.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...25-2013003.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...-2013002-1.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...25-2013005.jpg Nice interior pic before it goes to the trim shop. http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...23-2013011.jpg |
First of all that's a bad ass car ----
Secondly -- you are getting MUCH better at taking pictures! |

Yup that doesn't suck!!! Very sick Rodger, in a good way!
|
That's F-N SICK!.......
|
I love this vehicle..... Year, model, colors, stance. Perfection.
I know different sizes were mentioned earlier in the thread & an extra set of wheels were used @ one point for display purposes... What are the final wheel/tire specs? |

I figured I would give you guys a heads up on the Chevelle.
Jan @ Stitch by Stitch interiors is doing a great job on getting the interior wrapped up. He is Yuccippa, Ca. About 3 hours from us. http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/photo8-1.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...lle/photo1.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/photo1-1.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/photo2-2.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t.../photo15-1.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t.../photo14-1.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t.../photo13-1.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...le/photo11.jpg The customer really liked the red interior in the stock Chevelle and wanted to go with that. He wanted something that looked nice but was not over the top or looked like it went in a 37 Chevy Street rod. I'm excited to get the car back next week and begin really laying into the car. The customer and I have talked about attending an Autocross or two for the weekend to go have fun with the car. He really enjoys driving his 57 Chevy with our frame and an LS9 or his new ZL1 Camaro. He thinks the ZL1 might collect dust when he gets the Chevelle back to Vegas. Rodger |

Thanks Guys. We delivered this car to the customer in Scottsdale a few weeks ago for him to drive it back to Las Vegas. The car has nearly 1100 miles on it with many more to come.
Hot Rod Magazine has has asked us to participate in the flog test they do of cars that interest them. We are waiting on solid dates for this event. I hated to leave the car as it is probably the most FUN car we have ever built. It sits perfect and rides even better and is a super fast street car. I will see what pics I have that were never posted as I forgot to update the thread. Looks like we will be building a pretty radical 55 Chevrolet for the same customer. http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...14-2013002.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...14-2013003.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...14-2013004.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...14-2013005.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...14-2013008.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...14-2013009.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...lle-isk-01.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...220623_LLS.jpg A little late night cruising with the wife to get the rear end gear broke in properly. Man it sucks to stay out of the gas when it runs so good. |
You nailed that one! Looks fantastic..... I would love to bring you mine to finish up if I could ever save enough cash.:trophy-1302:
|
that red interior looks good
|
Thanks Guys. We are really happy with the results of this project.
I'm excited to get another project going for the same customer based around another crate engine Chevrolet unveiled at SEMA this year. |
This thing is hands down pure porn.
|
