This car just keeps getting better... Good to see that you are making the ABS work.. I am sure it is the way of the future..
I have always liked the GM parking brake.. The other day I was thinking about using it as a standard parking brake on my builds.. Now their is another two reasons to use it for ABS & a floater.. I wish I had your GM resources Mark! Great work.. |

Looking forward to seeing the car again this year at SEMA! Matt |
Once again impressive in every aspect.
Maybe we'll see the benefits of Mark's engineering and testing in the form of a new Currie crate rear end offering? |

http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...e/DSC_3451.jpg http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...e/DSCN0185.jpg I had 4130 axle shafts made to mate the ZR-1 bearing on one end and a 31 spline Ford 9 inch on the other. It also has a shoulder for a GM axle seal. http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...e/DSC_3860.jpg http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...e/DSC_3863.jpg Then I had to make a tool to align it so when you weld it on it sets your camber and toe. http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/q...e/DSCN0182.jpg I've been working on this design since SEMA last year when my ABS faulted out. This design fixed the three things that made me mad on my old system. ABS signal drop outs at high speeds and loads Brake knock back Rear axle leaks It could be a bit over kill but I'm tired of messing with it. Mark:cheers: |
The next level for pro touring

That would certainly address my issues.

I just don't know what to say
I could be mistaken, but that appears to have a bunch of design and fab time in it.
Truly spectacular! I can only imagine the machine bill. |
