That looks awesome. Send me some high quality pics of what you did and I will have my wife put them on the website.

The engine is stock. Just exhaust and a tuner. I could use alittle more power in some places. Mine will do 80 now and the some guys with built engine can do 84. But the places where you make up time is in the rough and keeping the car in one piece. We have had 1 flat in 325 miles and no belt issues.

There really is not much to gain in motor work in the 1000's. No a bored and built 900 will out run a 1000 as it is just a better design.

Will you be doing any circle track racing this year?

I sold that deal about 12 months ago. When our daughter was born I wanted to be involved in something I could see her "hopefully" getting into some day. I'm sure you realize Dirt track racing is not really the place you want to race a daughter. It not very family friendly. The off-road deal is more camping and family friendly. And the repairs are way less. You destroy some stuff dirt racing as I'm sure you know. I love the dirt racing deal but its just way to much work for me. Plus you get way more seat time in the desert racing.

I would love to build a super duper Hobby stock, but it would probably last until turn one.

I'm just trying to finish. As they say "You must finish before you can finish first."

So far so good.
