Thanks how is your "little" Chevelle coming along? GW forgets who first said that about my girl with the big back end.

The "little" Chevelle is coming along. I updated the post today. I have had a few family issues go on around here so I haven't kept up with the forum lately. She is getting pulled back apart and the metal is getting finished getting ready for some color hopefully soon. I like the gauge setup your doing, that is something I need to work on as well..... it just keeps going and going.................

That being said, considering they have warning lights I think I would personally omit the red warning "range" on the dials for a cleaner look.

:)

I keep going back and forth on that. May just leave the ticks and the numbers of the warning "range" red. It would be more subtle.

You probably don't need the warning ranges. It is a Ford so you shouldn't need them.

Personally, after trying to read the cool looking gauges in my Camaro, I would use big fat needle and put a warning range on the tach, and maybe put it on the oil and water temps as well. When you're flying down a straight, it is much easier to tell what RPMs your turning with a big red block on one side of the gauge. The red range blocks help to give you a point of reference so things are easier to discern, and (at least for me) requires less thinking when driving.

This may well be the highest quality best composed photo you've ever produced. :D

I have those same parts in my juicer. Big deal.

All jokes aside, your Torino is going to be bad ass, if it isn't already. What's your tentative schedule like? Look forward to cruising with you one day.
