The 3M works well. I have seen cars come in with it, but they are daily driven and not cared for like we do with these cars. I may put some on the lower parts of mine next year.
I also see people putting on painters tape when they go on drives :confused18: that seems to be more with the BMW guys lately.

I've used the 3M on our last four daily drivers and it's held up very well. I know Vegas69 used it on PayBack also. You had to be right up on it to see it. Once my car is painted it will have this applied.

I am doing vinyl stripes on my brother in law's Mustang and honestly the material is not too hard to work with, but still takes time. The clear bra is not so easy to install, I would go with a place that does it regularly, as the clear material has a smaller shelf and UV life, and if not the best quality it will yellow out and peel fast even with limited sun exposure.

Congrats Lenie! Well deserved for sure!

Trust me both me and Ryan tried to come but our familys had different ideas! darn kids birthdays getting in the way of our fun!

Got a call Wed...have a live interview on the Show Car Crazy 0930, Tuesday Nov. 4th, at SEMA, they tell me it'll be the first..Pretty stoked, extremely nervous!
