So how about some pics from 2010. Looks like your holding out on us by just about a year. :willy: :willy: :willy:

Looks like I might see this car in Columbus. Could it be?

But what a car it is...

My advice, just send invoices over to your insurance company to up your car's value frequently enough that you never, ever, have to add them all up.

I hope start uploading more pictures by the day, because November is a long time to wait to see more of this thing.

I've got a dry sump pump setup very similar to that engine, and I've stared at it many times wondering if there was room for an A/C compressor somewhere, and now I know that it can be made to work. I believe Roush uses the Billet Specialties FEAD system. It almost looks like it doesn't interfere at all.

Oh yeah, I see, their pump is mounted lower on the block than mine, I am actually using the lowermost timing cover bolt hole for the pivot point which is why I can't fit a normal tensioner in there. Still, its helpful to see how the drivers side stuff is mounted.

If you have any closeup photos of how the oil pump mounts I'd love to see them.

Anyway that motor looks totally boss !

Hey enough of the date questions already. I just might have to start from the very, very begining...:P
Staci @ Ring Brothers will be very upset if I give you all to much to soon. Ya never know who out there may have a heart condition.
I think the front bracket & pulley system is from Vintage Air.
It is just amazing to me that Ring Brothers equipped with a roll of tape, cardboard, and scissors can do what they do. I must have missed that class in school.

First of all, Wow.
Secondly, Thanks for posting all these pictures of the build progress.:wow:
Looking at a finished car is one thing, but getting a look at it's construction and design by builders of this caliber is simply mind-boggling.:wow: :faint:
If a picture is worth a thousand words, this simple web thread is an entire set of encyclopedias

Thank You!
Mike

Thanks Mike,
Great looking AMC you have.
When I look at these build pictures and when I get a chance to visit my car I'm still in awe.

The car is looking great. I love fab work with tasteful use of dimple dyes. It makes the car look so much cooler when you see all of the custom touches going into it.

LAMBSKIN71 06-10-2010 12:40 PM

amazing

This fab work is increddible, I think you should just spray it with a few
coats of flat clear and show it off.
