Did you ever find out if you can use the Nitrous at the 0-200-0 event?

I thought I read that they didn't allow nitrous. But I'm not sure why. Is it a safety issue?

I'm not sure they're even going to have it this year..They didn't allow it last year..at that altitude it's absolutely not fair to run a normally aspirated car against turbos and blowers unless the normally aspirated motor can use nitrous..I'd like to find a place over here where we could run..There is an entrance road to Talledega that's several miles long and several lanes wide..not used except some people that live in condos etc at track..Maxton is a little rough to try it. I haven't seen anything about this years event..no one made 200 mph last year..185 or so was the fastest in a viper..Big Red was at a disadvantage..I don't know why they didn't allow nitrous..couldn't be safety

The Year One experience is one of our main dates...We like the format..and Year One is the most active Vendor in this hobby...They're great sponsors and are a great help to all

a friend of mine in Reno called me and said the new SEMA News magazine has a nice little blurb on the Cuda..and the trend toward high buck street machines that can be driven..not just shown...

Cuda is running

Got the Cuda running today at about 4PM..Alan and crew had worked until 2AM last night..and from 8 to 4PM today before the FAST engineers figured out we had been given the wrong software. Once we got the correct software it fired right off. Sounded real good..very crisp..then murphy paid us a visit..a coil took a dump..the crank and cam sensors started acting up. Got 2 of each ordered just in case. Had scheduled the dyno pull Friday at Young's Performance in Decatur, Ala., but we need to get 300 miles or so on the trans and rear before we put it thru the gruelling dyno test. Don't think we'll make it until Monday or so.

Bob -
Replied to you on the "other" board.
Congrats on that killer car.
Hope it runs well on the dyno for you.
