I think these are great pics. I think almost everyone here would agree because we can all relate to what's going on... being in the garage, working on the car.

Some before and afters would be great.

Awesome pics James. Any progress on your car?
THANKS!!!

speedjohnston 08-29-2009 11:13 AM

This was taken short before I tore it completely apart and started all over again. It used to be a G-machine before it was popular, then it became a street/drag car, and now its just going to be completely messed up.

Tones -- Ya think?!

I think the reason a car like that is so popular here -- is because "guys" could actually see themselves doing that... so it's way killer to start with - but at the same time actually 'doable'.

Just "thinkin' out loud here".

Yes, I do think! lol:lol:
Plus, I've been following his build thread for a while now. He hasn't worked on the car for some time as he has customer cars to finish first.

These are some of my favorite shots I took of my last car...I havent had an opportunity to get any nice ones of the challenger yet..

Here's one of the reasons for it not being finished.

Killer car James. :wow: Does the owner live in MA? Looks like a GTO that I saw this summer at a car show in Dedham, MA.

A built by hand time capsule...outstanding!

I checked the pics of it out.

I can see how that former jigsaw puzzle wouldn't leave time for even a super tasty '69 Camaro!
