Yeah solidworks is working out good, I have new high score, I even found the hidden free credit on level 4.

All I can say is that eric could design just about anything in solidworks. I'm sure the things he could do would be unreal. You could probably fly to mars or the moon.

novanutcase 07-03-2007 09:34 AM

LOL!!! Just remember! Slow and steady wins the race! Keep looking for that '66 roller! When the time is right she'll pop up! Once you get her in the garage then you get to stare at her for hours envisioning what you want to do. You may go as far as actually writing a list of things you want to do. By the time your done it'll be time to go to bed. You'll wake up the next morning, look at your list, and toss it!!!

Then you'll do it all over again!!

John,

How big could your list be?

Let's see:
1) Wheels
2) Paint
3)
4)

Only two items on your list.

I was where you are at your age! Quick tip - Think outside of the box when it comes to making money! Many times this will yield you a career that will make you more money than you could hope for now!

I'll try and get more updated pictures since I saw the car last weekend on my way up to go whitewater rafting and it has the radiator and A/C condensor mounted along with a few other little details.

Happy 4th of July Everyone!:patriot:

Well said, John. When I was 17 I had a '66 Ford Fairlane, and I desperately wanted to give that car the "treatment". I tried funding that dream working in a bakery, going in at 2:30am and making donuts. When I left the place to go to college, the owner, who is a great guy, told me two important things - 1. Think outside the box, and 2. Don't ever be average. A year later I dropped out of college and I opened my first of several pizza parlors.

John, your car, and the workmanship going into, is killer!
Can't wait to see more photos!

Happy 4th!

Funny how that happens eh?!!?

Just to elaborate, when I say "Think outside the box" I mean be aware of opportunities that present themselves! Many times you're so busy in the grind that you don't see an opportunity when it's presented to you.

Entrepreneurship is the fastest way to retirement and is much more satisfying on the way there!

I here-by appoint Rodger as social director.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to, gathering all phone numbers, sharing all phone numbers and herding all of us together for what is going to be one crazy weekend.
Anyone not wanting to have a good time is urged to let everyone else know NOW.

When is roll call Rodger?

Rodger, did the "members only" jackets arrive yet for you?

All of the G/Touring guys have to show some force.

We will be posting a lot of pics after Columbus, We have a couple pretty trick items under the hood.......

Paul VanNus

P.S be sure to check out Jrs camaro!

ironworks 07-10-2007 01:53 PM

Social director? how bout the 6'6" landmark. You can do the logistics stuff. If you want my cell phone number just pm me. I have no idea where anything is in Columbus since this is my first trip. So if you want to meet up name the place we shall see what we can do. I have a feeling I will be doing crowd control and bodyguard duties for John. I guess he can be Rob and I will be Big Black. If you don't get then you should watch Mtv.

Alright time to do work, son.

wiedemab 07-10-2007 03:55 PM

Paul, I thnk we have each other's cell #'s. I'll stop by your car and introduce myself - before I crawl all over/under it checking it out!!!!!!!!!!!

Rodger is right - I've got to get to the garage and get some work done, or I'm never going to get anything finished.

Looking forward to Friday!

Later,

Brandon
