Fesler Billet Hood Hinges BRAND NEW PARTS

3 Attachment(s)
Fesler Billet parts are finally ready and will begin shipping in a week or two. We have decided to get into the billet world and make some very high quality parts for cars that we see fit to improve or just to make parts that no one else has.

I know a lot of you are very picky about your car and the parts you put on them. Well, we here at Fesler think the very same thing and I for one am tired of spending money on parts that just don’t really look or operate the way they should. We will have a full line of parts for a very broad spectrum of cars. Obviously we are going to start with parts for cars that we are building in our shop right now.

So yes these parts will be tested and tested again before we ship anything. We are also open to suggestions from you and/or our clients regarding new parts.

Our first parts available will be Fesler Billet Hood hinges for the following cars

Available Now!
1967-1969 Chevy Camaro
1970-1972 Chevy Chevelle
1964.5-1966 Ford Mustang

In addition to what you see available now, we are currently working on prototypes of 10 additional hood hinge applications. They will be available by SEMA. Not only will we have the hinges but we will also have full under hood kits available as well.

Why buy our hinges? Well the pictures should speak for themselves but for those of you that don’t know. . . here is what you get for your hard earned money. . .

1. T6061T6 Billet Aluminum
2. Weather Resistant Bearings
3. Stainless Steel Button Head Hardware
4. Stainless Steel Struts! Much more appealing than the less than impressive black struts.

These are bolt in replacement hinges and will need about an hour to install for alignment and fitment to your stock or after market hoods. Notice the design and smooth shape that we put into these, increasing the aesthetic appearance.

Retail pricing starts at $600 (this price includes shipping to the continental US) and come standard with all items listed above. These are also available brushed, polished and anodized (black is standard, custom colors are available) for a small fee.

We are looking for hardcore dealers as well so please feel free to PM me regarding order quantities and pricing.

Your comments are welcome and encouraged. . .let me know what you think!

Group purchases available for Lateral-G members only!

The pictures are of the Chevelle hinges that are ready to ship so email today for your order.

very nice work

andrewmp6 07-25-2007 08:24 PM

looks like someone copy the ring brothers hinges

mazspeed 07-25-2007 08:31 PM

Those look really nice, but it's almost a direct copy of what the ring bros makes and sells though DSE. I cannot imagine either would be happy about it.

Datsbad 07-25-2007 08:33 PM

I LIKE THEM and will take a few sets.
Everything can be improved these days!

Pm sent.

4mm 07-25-2007 08:34 PM

Is there an introductory price being offered?

Compare pictures of the two and there are differences. Enough for me to say they're different enough to be competitive.

To be fair there's only so many ways to build a hinge. I see one big difference (won't say if it's a good one or bad one)

Look close.

Now someone needs to make some for second gen Camaros..

Datsbad 07-25-2007 09:08 PM

Fesler if your listening,
Chevelle, GTO, Cutlass etc...
Fbodys 1st gen and 2nd
Mustangs etc...

I would buy them now !!

HotRod68Camaro 07-25-2007 09:11 PM

Very nice product guys. Do you have different "shocks" for hoods of different material? Not a huge deal just wondering.

fesler 07-25-2007 09:16 PM

Second Gen Camaros

They are just around the corner should have a set very soon for testing then they will be ready to go. We test fit them and improve any fitment issues we can before they are ready to go. I will post pics soon

No, but I know people that are :)

Besides, Second gen hinges would sell like hotcakes and the first ones out with them will have zero competition.

Blake Foster 07-25-2007 11:23 PM

looks good and should be no issue on the first gen of hitting the inner fender well.
can you confirm if the 67-69 camaro hinges are the same as 66-67 chevy II i have been told by a relaible source that the 2 hinges are the same so if that is the case send me a set too. and don't worry about the added 100,00 potential customers. ..............if they trully are the same

Bowtieracing 07-26-2007 01:06 AM

VERY nice man..Industrial is where its at....

Ummgawa 07-26-2007 02:17 PM

I am very upset. Those hinges work just like the hinges that GM has put on millions of cars, but, nicer materials and much nicer design. Lot nicer looking than the ones on my Camaro.

Ha ha. Very schweet.

zbugger 07-26-2007 05:04 PM

Man... They look awesome, really. These would fit my ideas for my '77 Camaro so well it's not even funny. I just wish I could afford the price. Well, time to go get more lottery tickets!!!

Yeah, but that's not something that pays the best right now. Maybe later though. In the meantime, I'm still playing the lottery.

Cool, I'm coming over and getting some parts. Employee discount of course. :unibrow:

Travis77 07-29-2007 08:51 PM

Any chance you guys will be building any for mustangs (67-69)? It would be great to have options. BTW they look amazing.

fakesnake.com 07-29-2007 09:51 PM

After doing your 10+ initial applications, any interest in making them for early 60's full size Fords? I can send you a pair of stock ones for mock up. These are heavy/big hoods.

Tony@AirRideTech 07-30-2007 09:38 AM

Chris.... you really need to forget about these other applications and really focus on those 61 full size chev....... :)
