The camaro looks awesome. The camaro is being built for Rob, from the TV show "ROB & BIG". I was at "ALLSPEED" today and I saw them put the wheels on the camaro, and then set it on the ground. The camaro sits nice and low, everything clears. This is one of the nicest camaro's I have seen.
|
wow can't wit to see it together:D
|
What is the deal with those wheels?
Mike |

They have the Rogue Status logo, witch are guns machined in them. |
Nice stance. I can't wait to see the finished product.
I am with Mike about the wheels. I thought it was some sort of protective covering or something. Can you give us a close-up pic of the wheels? |

here's some more angles.....

After seeing what's on the wheels (M-16's), it matches Rob's personality that you see on "Rob & Big". I kinda dig the wheels :D
|
Ya you either like the wheels or you don't....at first i kinda didn't, but on the car, they look pretty cool.

witch is really thick...I guess he usees it as a filler coat to??? I am just glad I do not have to sand it |
I live in the coopersville area. Kinka cool to see such a cool project made so close to home. cant wait to see it finished.
|
Andy - The car is coming together perfectly. With ALLSpeed on the job - I know the quality and craftmanship, not to mention attention to detail - is top-notch.
Thanks for the pics. Rob's car looks SICKKKK. -TMINUS |
Cool project. I love his tv show.
|
Yes killer stance!!!
What is that "dynamat" like stuff on the floor ? |
Nice car but your customer should know when to say enoughs enough. Those wheels are horrid.

Dont forget to make sure the seats can hold Big Black!

I dig the car but the wheels are one of those ideas that should have stayed on paper. Not digging those at all
|
i think i might be a complete dick for saying that machineguns on those wheels are gheysexual..http://smiliesftw.com/x/gaytard.gif
but hell get your paper, booboo.. |
The wheels have his company logo in them...Rogue Status...
as the car is a theme car for that company...He designed them and he has to drive the car...he likes them...so be it. |
Killer Wheels!

The rims will grow on you. "Keep up the great work son"! ...big black in the passenger seat and meaty on the center console. I wonder if they can fit a Pony in the back? |

personally i dont like the wheels, if it was my car my opionion would matter.its not, so it doesnt.
|
It looks like he didnt narrow the rear end...do you think you could actually get me some basic specs, like width and the offsets/backspacing for those rear wheels? I would really appreciate it.
I just minitubbed my car, and didnt want to narrow the rear. I've been looking for some specs to work with... |
stock width rear with 12 inch wide rim will be 8-1/4 to 8-1/2 bs on a first gen, better to go deeper then shim out if need be
|
that rear has to be narrowed with that much dish.
