TEDDYS CAMARO 10-10-2007 04:05 PM

The camaro looks awesome. The camaro is being built for Rob, from the TV show "ROB & BIG". I was at "ALLSPEED" today and I saw them put the wheels on the camaro, and then set it on the ground. The camaro sits nice and low, everything clears. This is one of the nicest camaro's I have seen.

youthpastor 10-10-2007 04:23 PM

wow can't wit to see it together:D

Musclerodz 10-10-2007 04:45 PM

What is the deal with those wheels?

Mike

They have the Rogue Status logo, witch are guns machined in them.

MODO Innovations 10-10-2007 05:23 PM

Nice stance. I can't wait to see the finished product.

I am with Mike about the wheels. I thought it was some sort of protective covering or something.
Can you give us a close-up pic of the wheels?

here's some more angles.....

ZZ3ElCamino 10-10-2007 05:33 PM

After seeing what's on the wheels (M-16's), it matches Rob's personality that you see on "Rob & Big". I kinda dig the wheels :D

AllSpeedAndy 10-10-2007 05:37 PM

Ya you either like the wheels or you don't....at first i kinda didn't, but on the car, they look pretty cool.

From what the body guy said, It is some sort of etching sealer primer.
witch is really thick...I guess he usees it as a filler coat to???

I am just glad I do not have to sand it

I live in the coopersville area. Kinka cool to see such a cool project made so close to home. cant wait to see it finished.

TMINUS 10-10-2007 09:37 PM

Andy - The car is coming together perfectly. With ALLSpeed on the job - I know the quality and craftmanship, not to mention attention to detail - is top-notch.

Thanks for the pics. Rob's car looks SICKKKK.

You know there was mention of that early on in the build....with over 500 horse to the wheels and the suspention it would be good for that...

gearheads78 10-13-2007 10:15 PM

I dig the car but the wheels are one of those ideas that should have stayed on paper. Not digging those at all

Mr.VENGEANCE 10-14-2007 01:29 AM

i think i might be a complete dick for saying that machineguns on those wheels are gheysexual..http://smiliesftw.com/x/gaytard.gif

but hell get your paper, booboo..

AllSpeedAndy 10-14-2007 02:41 PM

The wheels have his company logo in them...Rogue Status...
as the car is a theme car for that company...He designed them and he has to drive the car...he likes them...so be it.

monza 10-16-2007 12:21 AM

OK, settle down pal. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. The wheel choice is certainly polarizing and I'm sure Rob knows that as well as anyone.

surreyboy 10-18-2007 11:32 AM

personally i dont like the wheels, if it was my car my opionion would matter.its not, so it doesnt.

ArisESQ 10-18-2007 12:44 PM

It looks like he didnt narrow the rear end...do you think you could actually get me some basic specs, like width and the offsets/backspacing for those rear wheels? I would really appreciate it.
I just minitubbed my car, and didnt want to narrow the rear. I've been looking for some specs to work with...

68protouring454 10-18-2007 12:48 PM

stock width rear with 12 inch wide rim will be 8-1/4 to 8-1/2 bs on a first gen, better to go deeper then shim out if need be

Vince@Meanstreets 10-18-2007 12:51 PM

that rear has to be narrowed with that much dish.
