Strangler 10-14-2007 08:17 AM

Holy sh!t! How do thiefs expect to hide that?

wiedemab 10-14-2007 08:41 AM

Oh my God - that's SUCKS. I hope they get their asses busted!

That's a hard one to hide, so hopefully someone will run across them.

ProdigyCustoms 10-14-2007 09:08 AM

Oh this really sucks! I assume it was empty since you did not list any contents. It is hard to hide those decals.

kennyd 10-14-2007 09:48 AM

the truck was parked at the ford dealership , truck was here saturday 13 at 10 .30 pm and gone sunday 14 at 7 am

Well, that's good at least.

Totally sucks about the missing parts.. can you replace by SEMA? the intake seems like the biggest problem.

<--- hoping you find the rest!

mazspeed 10-14-2007 03:04 PM

I hope they catch them, and then hang them like Saddam. I hate thieves. I have no respect for people that steal other peoples stuff, especially since so much blood sweat and tears go into this kind of thing. It makes me sick. I'm sorry to hear about this Trav.

andrewmp6 10-14-2007 08:35 PM

that sucks what city was it stolen from.

TravisB 10-14-2007 09:33 PM

thanks again to everyone that has reposted anbd taken the time to read the thread. Today was a pretty rough day for sure. I think we are still on track for SEMA it will just make things a little more interesting for us.

thanks again.

Rogers Arkansas we think it went to Missouri the trailer was dumped on the way out of town:wow:

Ricochet 10-14-2007 10:30 PM

Sorry to hear this guys!! Atleast you got the trailer back, so it's not a total loss - but still BS no matter how you look at. I tell you thieves rank just below child molesters in my book!! Nothing like a nice clean shot in the head won't take care of!! Sounds harsh..BUT that's my opinion.

Brent

tyoneal 10-15-2007 01:40 AM

Low-Jack or Snitch? (Hopefully?)

If you find them before the police, park your truck on their heads to make sure they don't get away before the Cops come.

Being stolen from myself, God I hate Thieves!

Good Luck,

Ty

Truck showed up last night........it was in a shoot out with the rogers police late last night. The story we heard was a drunk fleed from the police and then started shooting. The police then shot back at him (while he was driving kennys truck) he was trying to ram the police cars and he ran off the road and hit a storage building. The guy got shot in the back of the head and lived at the scene but we heard he later passed. So long story short they found the truck but we havent seen it yet.....I will try and post pics when we get it back.

Wow, that was dramatic.. and the guy got what was coming to him and you didn't even have to do it.

Hopefully you will get the contents of the truck back.

Brent is a fortune teller..

good to see the theif caught a bad one..

tyoneal 10-20-2007 11:24 PM

Best of luck finding your stuff.

At least the SOB got put out of everyones misery. To bad that isn't the way all crimes like this wind up.

Think of the money we would save, and the lasting anger we could get over sooner.

I hope the Bastard was in Extreme Pain until he bit the dust!

Sorry guys, but I have no pity, empathy, I don't care how they grew up, or what their problems were. We are all responsible for our actions, and I know he won't be out on parole in two years doing the same damn thing. Especially after trying to kill a Cop or anyone else.

Thanks for the update and I hope you find all your stuff, so it will be a happy ending all the way around.

Good Luck,

Ty

yeah, it would be a shame to fix all of them...

Speedster 10-21-2007 06:23 AM

Glad you will have the trailer, truck and (hopefully) your other "stuff" again. sounds like the truck is a little worse for wear. Nice to see the bad guy finally get what a bad guy deserves. Ty has it right, responsibility for ones own actions - he received the 12 cent solution.

I'm glad justice was served. Could not have been a better ending to Kenny's misfortune. Well I guess it would have been nice if nothing happened to the truck and all the parts were still there - but atleast justice was served! Sucks all the BS Kenny has and will have to go through. Hope you guys are able to recover what was in the truck.

See ya @ SEMA-
Brent

awr68 10-21-2007 01:05 PM

WOW, what an ending! A good ending (for most) that should be told world wide (schools & news) so all potential thieves might think twice before steeling...it can cost you your life!!

Where he really screwed up was that he was still driving the truck....really showed his smarts right there!!

mazspeed 10-21-2007 02:20 PM

In light of this theft, you should take a look at this.

http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/us/...car.theft.king

rocketman 10-21-2007 06:16 PM

Dumb ass got what he deversed, Glad your all getting the truck the back your parts are there.

TonyG 10-21-2007 06:40 PM

Wow, that is crazy. I guess I completely looked over this thread before... Glad you guys got the trailer back. Hopefully the truck will be replaced. I don't think I could drive it after all that. And I sure hope you guys get the parts back.

RussMS 10-21-2007 07:07 PM

Hope you get all your parts back and the truck is salvageable. If nothing else maybe you can sell it if its too full of holes. :(

Hate to hear it guys but glad the story didn't end with "and we never saw either the truck, trailer or parts again."

TravisB 10-21-2007 07:46 PM

there was an add in the local paper this morning. Apparenly he is not dead....sorry I got everyone so excited. He is missing half of his jaw and is in intensive care. According to the tow truck driver the truck is screwed! bullet holes ever wear and they shot at him because he was raming the squad cars with kennys truck repeatidly.........sorry I got the story wrong guys I was going off third party info. The other guy in the truck fled the scene but was later caught and charged with felony theft violating his parole. I will post pics when we get the truck back

Still no parts but the car is on track and will be at SEMA

Hey Travis!

Send me a plane ticket and I'll go visit this guy in intensive care and accidently "trip" over the plug to his life support system!

John

*****LAW ENFORCEMENT*****
This post is in jest! I don't really plan on doing this nor does Travis intend on sending me a plane ticket!

awr68 10-21-2007 08:15 PM

All we really need is a nurse on the inside!! :unibrow:

tyoneal 10-22-2007 02:56 AM

You could offer the poor guy a ride home when he gets better. Be sweet and tell him how you forgave him and invite him to as local drag race for some entertainment.

Tie his hands to the trailer hitch, and let the Drag Race commence.

Just kidding you all, Tell him he can pay off the damage over time. About 20 years.

What a first class turd,

TY
