1968 Pontiac fireebird rendering for my son!!
 
This is the Z junior project for my Son born on Saturday Oct 20th.Happiest day of my life:D :D

I just finished this off today started it when we brought him home on sunday.

68 firebird styled after a 89 Turbo TA with the motor etc... more details on the build once I find a suitable car probably within the next couple weeks.

Well the first project turned out pretty good. :thumbsup: Hope the Firebird goes as well as the first one did.

First of all, CONGRATULATIONS on the birth of your son!! Looks like he's having a peaceful sleep. :D

I like the combo blend of the 89 add ons. The wheels look great on it too. White is a great color for that year. I recognize that background.

I hope i do get to work on it but i'm trying to get one step ahead and buy one that's almost done no need for body work etc... Puts me a little ahead of the game and enough time for him and the wife.(Thats in a perfect world);) LOL

Your bird (and boy) look great. I like the heat extractors you added to the 'bird. (the boy has his own heat extractor...)

LOL has his own heat extractor and releases methane every two hrs or so!!!:D

Congrats to all of the proud poppas on this post! That is one hot Firebird, great motivator for me to get moving on my own 68 'bird.

bringing this thread back form teh depths... any updates on the bird?

I have to say the rendering looks great and very inspiring. I toyed with the idea of incorporating 69 valance scoops on the front fender, and finally bit the bullet doing a vert adn grafting the pieces in. I will probably start a thread soon, as some progress is being made :)
