Iv never seen any one have the trunk open it to the back seat like that befor. Did they extend the rockers on that car.
|
yes ext rockers and no back seat, really killer looking, kenny or trav can tell you more
|
I think it was one of the nicest Camaros at the show, very nice attention to detail.
|
The wheels are very unorthodox, but they work.
very cool |
Great car Kenny and , NO, you can't have my shoes! LOL!

Picture doesn't do this car justice! It's just awesome. Like Rupp said...it's one of my favorite Camaros at the show.
|
Loved this car...looked sinister. I really like those wheels as well.

The whole car was themed to be a modern,ZL1 styling look.some people didn't get it,some did.I thought the whole project turned out very good.
|
i was looking forward on seeing this 69 and im very impressed
i love the whole look especially the interior and the wheels great job on all who worked on the car any close ups of the wheels? :wow: |
It is a nice car! and Travis it was great talking with ya!!
|
My first camaro had the COPO type dog dish hubcaps and wheels, so I instantly got it. I think it looks awesome. :D
|
Thanks for all the kind words everyone we thought overall the car did pretty good. Brought a lot of attention to Nitrous Express and there booth we couldnt have asked for a better spot or any better guys to deal with. Big thanks to the guys at NX.
Rockers were extended down to the pinch weld and fenders extended to match. there are lots of subtle mods to the car that are hard to catch. For intance the stock inner wheel wheels were all one peiced to the fender, spoiler three pieced, rear tail panel and firewall brushed and satin cleared. **nice meeting everyone as well** |
Bad A$$ Travis and Kenny!
I love the final product, I know some people dont understand the wheels but without them the whole theme of the car wouldnt have gone, and those wheels just totally pulled everything together! Congrats. Paul |

I really liked the car and wheels, different. Nice job.
|
The fold down rear seat that opened up the interior and the billet dash were the coolest parts of the car to me. The dash was so understated but then when you really looked at it, it was off the hook. Emblems on the fenders were another nice touch also. No doubt, one of the nicest cars at the show. I made several trips by it to look at all the small details. Nice work guys.

  .

I love the front fenders!! Now i know what to do with mine. Can you tell us how did you crate the embels ? I love it! |
Quote:
the ZL1 emblems were made by motorhead jewlery . we sent them a factory Z28 emblem to copy . the fenders are alot of metal work ,i bet they weigh atleast 100lbs each . |

Holy crap guys!!!! I really dig it, I'd love to have seen it in person, maybe sometime in the future. Glad to hear you were able to show it off at the SEMA show, you guys clearly worked your butts off on it, and it is a really cool car in my opinion. I had known about the theme of the car for months, so knew what to expect "somewhat," but this really exceeded my vision of what it would be like. Very slick, a really nice modernized rendition of the ZL1. Outstanding, I love the interior!
Terrific work, congratulations to you guys and the owner! Mark |

I will have to say this. This Camaro was one of the best at SEMA. Tracy's interior was dead nuts on. It may have been more show than go, but I was very impressed with the little details this car had. How many noticed the brushed nickel trim? If I have to rob a bank, Tracy will be doing my Camaro when I get to that point. it was also great to hang with Kenny, Tavis and talk with Tracy about the car.
|
Thanks for the kind words guys, it was a great project to work on,K D and Travis made the car easy to work on,some of the best wiring behind dash I've seen since we worked on Reactor last year, makes are job go easier when your in haulin ass mode before sema,Jason Rushforth was part of the planning on the whole project beginning to end.Still want a ride in it with the paddle shifters this summer:thumbsup:
|
Who did the wheels? Evod do them? The car is awesome, I love the nitrous system, very clean.

Kenny/Travis,
Awesome work on this build. There are many subtle details that can be easily overlooked as stock until they are pointed out, and that is really what makes the vehicle so great to look at. The use of nitrous is awesome, I can certainly see this on more cars in the future. -jason |
Trav thanks fo rthe pic any more? :)
maybe a video? :hail: |
i dont have a video yet because at sema i started the car and drove it in the NX booth ,then deflated the bags and burned the headers completly thru the carpet ! sometimes i cause myself more work !
