KC World Of Wheels
 

Well we just made it to the show. With an all nighter and some help from friends we were able to go to the World of Wheels show in KC (I still have more then a couple cosmetic items on backorder I am sure you guys know how that goes:( ) But I am just glad we made it. I am posting pics of our car that was there. Today is the last day of the show so I will let you know how it all turns out. But taking it home will be another story. We are getting many inches of snow right now. :mad: Here are a few pics but these will be replaced once my buddy sends me the ones he took with his kick ass camera. Thanks for checking these out!

Well the news is in and we ended up taking home an award place for our class (not bad for all the stuff I have that is on back order like window trim, front bumper brackets, headlight stuff....list goes on...lol). But best of all I was waiting in the award room and got my award and had been waiting to take a piss for like a hour and I was starving so I left well we were packing up to leave the show when a guy came up to me and said hey why didn't you pick up your other awards and I said "What other awards". Long story short I guess we won for what they call "Rising Star Outstanding Engine". I was really happy when I ran back to get that. I will try and post new pics. The weather stayed clear and she is back home safe and sound.:thumbsup: :D

Nice car. How are the coils held in place? It looks like in the picture the bolt to side of valve cover but I can't tell for sure. I dig the tall valve covers.

correct the coils will bolt to side of valve covers. We have been working on a couple different versions of relocation kits. One where the bolt to the side of the cover on the tall covers 3inch and others that just come with a standard bracket.

Here are the 2 awards we got. I was just happy we even made it to the show. We meet a lot of very nice people and even though we are extremely tired we had a great time.

Are those filters or coolers on either side of the fuel pump ?? I dont recognize the brand....

they are BG filters
