I apologize for sorta tooting my own horn, but I wanted to let everyone that enjoyed the build up posted here know that there's a great feature on the car, the build and future plans. It's the April issue, you can't miss it's big, white butt plastered all over the cover. I hope this does well for Mike D, he and Pete at Competition Specialties put in a lot of work on that car.

Just picked up a copy, nice cover.... ELEANOR'S worst nightmare !!! I like the back view of the car the best.

That's huge to have a car of that caliber come together and look exactly like the design and fitting that it winds up on a cover.

Thanks Pete and thanks for all the compliments and support guys! Much of the input offered here during the process was used to make refinements leading to the prototype car. It was "design-by-committee". Thanks again!:thumbsup:

That rendering was done in a looser style than I typically do. Sometimes you just need to stir things up!

Hey Ben, Just cause the article talked about our shop more than anything doesn't mean you needed to snub us......(grin)

I just now saw this article.
I do want to say it was a team effort as far as I am concerned.

You did a good job with renderings, and follow up through all the clay modeling. And Pete did a great job putting it all together.

How could I forget you guys? It would have still been just a couple sketches on a table if you guys hadn't busted your butts on it.
