Now it has hit the newsstands
 

Finally the magazine Bilsport published my car. The photoshot was in August 2007 and they have had quite a few '69 Camaros featured since then, so I had to wait in line. There was a certain silver colored ProTouring Camaro icon before me, it doesn't matter when I have to come behind the Mule.

Anyway today I got my copy in the mail and here are the scans. I even got on the fronpage. Second time I hit the frontpage on a major magazine, last time was in 1983.

It did 1.34.3 in cold and damp conditions on street tires and that is quite good. The driver "Gullabo" thought he could go a few seconds faster if the weather had been better. It started to drizzle just before he went out the second time and he stilled cut 0.2 of the first time.

The Swedish Camaroclub will have a meeting there this summer so I will try to better that time.

It's Madonna's behind you see, it's from her video "Hung Up". The video is playing from my iPod, it is connected to the screen and the stereo.
