May 08 Feature: Steve Keefer's 70 Mustang
 

When Steve posted pics of his freshly completed 70 Mustang a few weeks ago, I knew we had our next Feature Car. It's a killer car, I love everything about it. I think the stance is what first caught my attention, and when studying the details, nothing has been overlooked on this car, it has it all.

Hey, I'm in those pics. Check out the one where everyone is in a big circle around the car except one guy in black and tan. That's me. Sorry to be "that guy" but I guess I was a little focused at the moment.

What a car!!! I must have taken about 20 pics of the car. Oddly enough, I was fascinated with the hardware holding on the fenders and inner fenders. Those domed allen key bolts got me so pumped. I never thought I'd get that excited about bolts, but they just cleaned up the whole engine bay so well.

I'm just glad you have a few other pics to show off your car other than the one I wrecked:_paranoid

Pictures do not do that car justice, you have to see it in person...Congrats Steve!

Thanks for the compliments guys, Car Craft shot it tuesday and Ron Kimball shot it yesterday for a calendar. I've been wanting to put some miles on it and fine tune the suspension and brakes, but wanted to get these shoots done first. I think after the Goodguys show its going to be time for some extensive "road tests". Hopefully I'll see some of you in Pleasanton.......:lateral:
