Sweet looking ride as is. She should look good as a pro-touring car as well.
Keep us updated. |
We have the old chassis out and fit the Art Morrisomn chassis today. If you had the Art Morrison chassis all ready to go you could pull this swap off in one day and be driving home. We will be removing the old wheel tubes and sheet metal this week fittting the new trunk floor and starting the mini tubs

Oh man Pete that is pretty bad a$$!!! Are you going to un-tub the rear?
|
Ya we took out the old tubs and replace it with a 1 peace trunk floor. I cut that 3in on each side then move in the factor style inner wheelhouse to fit the 12in wheel. That way it has a uncut up look in the trunk.
Here's a list of mods hood scoop modified 66/67 GTO with removed septum and chrome "v'ed" crossbar to mimic the grill opening. -Hagan headlights -Modified factory blinker bezels with LED strip -Grill pattern to resemble a 57 Chevy painted dark gray -Custom crossbar -Grill surround -Flipped, smoothed and tucked front bumper -Smoothed and tucked rear bumper -Custom taillight inserts |
Looks like another nice piece to roll out of your shop! The owner is going to appreciate just how well the car will drive vs the Pro Street set up. Keep us updated
