New guy, Houston Texas
My name is Roy Chaney, I own a company called Camaro Concepts in Houston. We sell restoration parts, restore cars and build wild street machines. I currently have a 69 RS camaro, mini tubbed, Chrome moly fab nine, 430 inch small block, FB performance OD automatic, NOS fogger, power steering, power brakes and runs in the nines with overdrive. I am building another 69 with a LS7/six speed combo, TCI front and rear suspension, etc. We send pics to this thread if I can figure out how

My new personal project
And last but not least, my new pro touring project. This car is actually in your members rides section. My friend and the previous owner crashed the car and I ending up saving it from the insurance dungeon. It is being totally redone from ground up. TCI front and rear suspension, LS7 with 6 speed, 9" ford etc. It is going to the frame machine next week. Updating to RS front and many other changes

Silver camaro resurrection
Hey guys thanks for the comments, I love the site, tons of new things to see all the time. I am taking the car to a frame shop this week and pull it all out then we will begin the sheetmetal repairs, It was a real shame about my friends car but lucky for him he had it well insured! I am taking out the wasted Alston front subframe and replacing it with a TCI unit. The motor is fine as is the trans. It has one bent rear end bar that I know of obn the TCI rear suspension. I am making a bunch of other changes to the car before paint. It is a project but will be sweet when I get it done!
Thanks Roy |
