Now that is painted, it's time to get it together- updates later-

still need to color sand, buff and paint stripe- but here's a peak-Chris:D

Since Chris is out of town camping and i designed the car and picked the colors, I figured I could chime in and answer for him. It's VW Reflex Silver.

It's been a long road but you have to be busting to see it in paint! I'm stoked for you, Buddy!

Sweet, REFLEX Silver!!! We have been using that for years now. Cant go wrong with that !

Striking color combo!! What about the hockey stripe? Congrats on getting it back. Assembly is always the best part!! Keep us updated.

Rushforth 19x10 on a 295 Rear and 18x8 on a 245 up front- It is mini-tubbed- but i have lots of room for a 315 down the road

Thanks for all the compliments guys- I just got back into town and wanted to go about 200 different directions putting the car back together- but settled on starting with the Dynamat install- Chris

Still have to put the stripe on- scuff the clear on the doors and fenders and lay out the stripe- Chris

Well I got the motor, trans and front steering and suspension in this week and th glass guy put in the windshield- here are a few teasers

I have to take the PURPLE anodizing off the fuel rails- doesn't go with anything on the car

Jake, those are katech- Rupp sent me that direction and as far as coils go i'm going to do something like Jody did here:

As far as the build goes i understand way cars are DRY BUILT BEFORE PAINT- things that i thought should go right together fit like crap

but some stuff is engineered awesome

ATS - Detroit Speed stuff fits amazing- repop trim, etc from overseas is VERY frustrating to deal with...Chris
