Fesler Built 1970 Chevelle Project Build
We are getting ready to finish up another project its a 1970 Chevelle SS that is going to be a very custom but stock looking build. We have 19-inch Fesler FS 907 Wheels all the way around, Fesler Billet hood hinges, Fesler Billet Tail Lights, Fesler SS strickers, Fesler carbon Fiber door panels and Fesler emblems, Air Ride suspension, GM LS-7 Engine and 6 speed tranny, Currie rear end, Recaro, Kicker and a full custom metal dash. Wait till you see the pictrues of this.
Here they come and I will try to update it everyday. The Rendering http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...chevelle_2.jpg the car was pulled from another shop with lots of problems. http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0001.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0006.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0009.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0012.jpg |
Any plans to market the billet tail lights mentioned above?
Definitely have to subscribe to this thread. |
I second that. Hopefully alot of nice billet goodies that go into this project will be made available to us.
|
I'll be watching this thread.
I've been waiting for you guys to do a Chevelle. This car is going to look "nasty" I can just feel it!!!!  |
Yes lots of cool Billet parts from this car, marker lights this one is shaved but we are making them anyway, tail lights, hinges, strikers, vents, door panels, wheels and so on. We have a ton of stuff in the works and will have a lot of new stuff at SEMA. Everything that we make for this car will be production run and I should have the tail lights done anyday.
Pictures are coming as I already have over 1000 on the build. |

First we brought the car in checked everything over and sent it out to be stripped. Check out the huge dent all the way down the passenger side and they said this was ready for paint. So we sealed the metal and now the fun begines. http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0034.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0048.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0050.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0052.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0054.jpg |

THE DASH:
Here is the part I think all of you are going to really like, to make things a little different we took the stock dash and redesigned it out of metal, it still has the factory dash pad and will look factory but check out what we did. First we have to build a metal template that will house the dash so its removable, thats right not only did we build a cool metal dash but we built it so its removeable so it would be easy to paint. http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0588.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0589.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0591.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0598.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0604.jpg |

http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0681.jpg Working on the gauge cluster now, we are going to keep it stock looking but it will house way more than the factory one did. We will have a double din Pioneer DVD, Air Ride Control, Dakota Digital AC Control and Auto Meter gauges to go with the the theme of the car. http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0687.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0689.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...lk/Img0698.jpg |
