Packed the Vette for the 170MPH Kerbeck Toys For Tots Run
 

The wife and I went to the Kerbeck Toys For Tots run in NJ on Saturday. She asked me if I was all packed, I said everything we need is in the car...:unibrow:

They closed down the Highway, block off ten on ramps and let you run as hard as you want (as long as you are in a vette) nothnig like going 150MPH+++ past the State Police :willy:

Hey pete how's everything going? That sounds like it was a blast. That picture reminds me of a time when my dad stuffed me in the back of his vette on the fourth of july, it was me and a couple of boxes of fireworks on a 90 degree day:wow: . how's that camaro coming? if you need anything just let me know. A legal 181mph run on a US highway. What's not to love!

That's greatness 181..... surrounded by vettes.....what a beautiful site..... I actually got chill bumps when you hit that 181.....:thumbsup:
My dream car is a 1st gen vette (61-62) & close second is a 3rd gen vette (68-77ish). Let's put it this way, Chevy never made a Vette I didn't like, so far. I use to own a '85 vette, black on black vette, pretty much stock with exception of exaust, I miss that car. My dad has a '69 Vette in storage that we have plans for a father/son restore project. Dad bought the car when it was less than a year old.

Buddy got his 08 Z06 up to 191 he said. He told me at the oc corvette show that he light it on fire if he didnt see 190 LOL.

I hope to go next year, they say its a blast and a great cause.:thumbsup:
