Video of Nres 1800hp Mosler
Heres a quick video we did the other day of the NelsonSuperCar#002Mosler we built. This thing actually puts it to the ground. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NILcnIuvchm the vid is only at 6 psi but i turned it up to 18psi the other day totally insane like being shot out of a barrel of a gun.The car feels as stable as you could exspect for this kind of power 18 is around 1300hp but pretty crazy much more stable then most weve done.Let me no what you think Thanks Tom

Ridiculous Tom, just ridiculous! I want a ride:unibrow: Seriously though. Videos never portray the speed, and in that, I could totally tell the acceleration, etc. Thats Nuts:willy:

Brillant video!
Tom, Will you have any cars at the race deal on Saturday after sema? David |
That is sick! I want one!
|
my.... god.....
thats all i can say. |
Tom, that looked pretty damn good considering it was "not making boost"...LOL
So when do we get the next vid "with boost?" -Rob |
Just a suggestion,
Make a video facing the back of the car with it idling for a few minutes, then loop it and have it playing back on a monitor at the back of the car at SEMA. Jeff- |
Bad*ss:yes:

Tom - that was weak...
Seriously man, why do I have to keep watching these lame ass detuned videos. The lemans - detuned; and now the mosler - detuned as well. Besides when do I get a ride? I keep hearing of all these rides people get - 150 mph on Winnetka, c'mon man - 18 years man, 18 years... I let you borrow my IROC for SCCA and you ruined my tires... |
Redemption SEMA 2008
Well - I feel vindicated. instead of getting a ride. I drove the darn thing!!
In typical Nelson Fashion, he failed to arrange for a pickup for the Mosler to deliver it to the convention center. That's when I got the call. I drove it on Monday night from the owner's home 20 miles and into the booth. I have to say, that I have been driving and racing cars since I was 10 years old and I have never had my a$$ pucker so hard as when I felt the boost come in for the first time. That thing is freaking ridiculous. All the while, I had the AC frosting my face and listening to some classical music the owner had left playing in the stereo. All time greatest thrill driving this thing down the vegas strip, knowing I was probably cruising the fastest street legal car in the state of Nevada not to mention the world. Thanks Tom, and by the way, you still owe me dinner. i will post video as soon as I can - we got the entire drive on camera. |
