Good Guys Kickoff at Fesler Built

Hey guys, I just got back from the Good Guys "Kickoff Event" at Chris Fesler's Shop in Scottsdale, AZ. It was an awsome time with some of the sickest rides and products around. Chris has an awsome facility and I have to say the cars they build are that much better in person as they are in pictures! Great job to all the guys involved!
Here are a some pics of the event; ....sorry for the poor quality

Thanks for the pictures, I really wanted to show up for the Good-Guys dinner, but I think I am still trying to play catch up from SEMA and one more weekend out of town would have put me over the edge.

I heard Good-Guys was expectating 1500 for dinner, any idea if that many showed up? Westworld, where the show is being held is only a few blocks away...last year there were hot rods everywhere...

Thanks for the pictures, I see a few cars from SEMA made it to Scottsdale.

well it wasnt so much a dinner (if there was i didnt see it) as it was an open house kinda deal, there were quite a few people cycling through the shop, i wouldnt say 1500, but i left early im sure so a lot more could have been on their way. It was really cool to see the shop and all the amazing work they do there. Also got to meet and talk with a fellow member Jason aka "swchopper" and take a good close look at his sick Malibu too. Good motivating stuff! :)

We are making a new cap now but to answer your question the cap can not go up down because it will hit the bumper as we tucked it in so far. The new one we are building will be available to all and I think you guys might like it.

Yeah, my pics dont begin to do your shop and projects justice! IMO you have to see that stuff in person to really appreciate the time, effort and skill involved!

GHOSTDANCER 11-14-2008 07:47 PM

andrewmp6 11-15-2008 01:38 AM

I'd love to see the gas cap your making for it.The early mustangs there is only like 3 different ones you can use kinda hard to stand out.The 64 impala you got anymore pictures of that car?

Tiger 11-15-2008 02:03 AM

Hi,

I'd love to see some updates everyday on how work proceds in the shop.

please do also post some more pics of that Chevelle.

Cread01 11-15-2008 07:05 AM

those are some sick lookin cars.

that orange impala is awesome. love the feel of that car.

Nvrenuf 11-16-2008 05:10 AM

Brian, it was good to meet you also!
I will post another thread soon about Goodguys/scottsdale/Fesler. It was awesome, to say the least. Feslers shop can't even be described with words, or even pictures. Its over the top clean, organized, and loaded with all the goodies.
Blue 68 Chevelle - very cool. We talked quite a bit and were parked close to each other at the show each day. Cool owner and builder.
I know the orange impala sold at the show. He didn't have it "advertised" at the show, but he sold it.
I met quite a few people from this forum. Everyone very friendly. It's good to put faces with "words". And Chris, Carrie, and everyone else at Fesler..... Don't even know how to explain them. They bent over backwards helping me out with a few small accomodations, car parking, hood hinges, and other stuff. It all came together to make for a great experience for my 1st ever goodguys weekend.

70TWO NOVA 11-16-2008 02:27 PM

Jason, it was great meeting you too, hope to see you in the future and as always, way SICK Malibu!

fesler 11-17-2008 04:53 AM

It was great meeting you guys as well and the show seem to be a good one for all. The weather was great a little hot but great and the show had a huge turn out. We want to thank all who came by and made the event a great one. Will post up new pics soon on all the rides.
