Hi from Baghdad
Hi all. My name is Weldon Malbrough. I am a SSG in the U.S. Army, currently serving in Baghdad. I have loved First Gen Camaros for as long as I can remember. I have just recently began to learn about the greatness of Pro Touring cars. I am looking to get myself into my first muscle car as soon as I return from Iraq. I look forward to conversing back and forth with everyone as I learn the ins and outs of Pro Touring.

Welcome Weldon.

Welcome aboard and thanks for your service. We do a lot of business with deployed military. Many are board and just dreaming about their cars, and waiting to get home and install the parts they ordered.
I can surely understand that. Stay safe. |
Welcome to the site there is a lot to learn here and if you have questions just ask.
Thank you very much for the service you give our country because with out guys and girls like you doing thier part we would not have the chance to do what we do and love so much. Nothing in this world is free and if you ever need anything just let us know we try and send care packages with cool stuff over to you guys for something new to read and stuff. I have a ton of magazines we can send you now if you want some just send your address to me and I will get it out. I can also put some cool stuff in the box as well. |
Welcome And Thank You

Hey SSG, welcome. I was on Slayer for 6 months and a month down in Basrah last year. The winter season out there is actually half nice except at night. It snowed for the first time in over 100 years while I was out there. Anyway, there is a ton of information out there on pro-touring. I did my first Hot Rod Power Tour in 07 just before leaving for Iraq. The best 3 weeks of my life up to that point. I say 3 weeks, he power tour is only 1 week but its a long story. PM me your @iraq.centcom.mil and I'll tell you all about it. Make the best of it out there. It's only crappy if you let it be.

The snow was really crazy... Yes, I am still here after getting to see the snow last year, but not much longer!! PM sent.

Welcome and much thanxs for your service to our country!!!!!!!!!!! This site is a great example of what freedom has brought us as Americans living in this great country. Hot Rods and G-machines are possible due to the great standard of living that freedom and democracy has brought our country. This is all a result of great citizens that have stepped up and served this country many times through out it's history and when neccesary making the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom. Please spread the word of our appreciation to all that serve and have served. Now enjoy the site and build your dreams.
