66 GTO that we just completed as well. The custoemr loved the way the car looked, but hated the way it drove...

The body was left 100% stock on the outside and a mostly stock interior. Under the car is now completely new.

Schott Mod Sport wheels are insanely detailed and have some what of a resemblane to a stock Pontiac Ralley. We sprayed them in a matte silver to resemble the original stock version. And they look sick against the black body.

A few shots from below after everything was assembled

Interior pretty much bone stock. The car has a Billet Specialties steering wheel. We mounted Classic Instruments G-Stock gauges behind the factory bezels. They definitely look like they could have come on the car like this.

Engine is a 510 HP LS2 from Turn Key Engines. Everything in the engine compartment has been blacked out or hidden to give the car a pretty clean, simple look.

That frame is pure art. It almost a shame to cover it with that Goat body! :hail:

Why don't you post some pics of the shop, it looks like you guys have a very nice shop and do some kick ass work. Your shop looks huge.

That looks awesome! Very clean. I've seen you guys run your '66 and '70 Chevelle at RTH and I'm impressed with them. It really makes me want to build an A-Body.

I'll second the request for some shop pics, it looks like you guys have an awesome setup.

WSSix 01-08-2009 06:41 PM

That's hot. 66 is my favorite year.

Derek Miller 01-08-2009 06:56 PM

That is a very clean GTO. Would love to see more pics of the interior. Who makes that below grade 2 post lift, I really need to get one for my shop?

Ricochet 01-08-2009 07:03 PM

One word...STELLAR!! You guys did nailed it. I like the wheel treatment.

Beautiful 66 GTO! That shop is just Jaw dropping. Have to ask what are the wheels that were put on the GTO? They are beautiful.

Pro Rides 01-09-2009 09:54 AM

Their shop is awesome. We bought a few chassis from Phil and Jeremy, I have to say I was blown away by their place. But they are busting there asses and knocking it out to make it happen, everything is done first class and their products are killer.

Roadster Shop 01-09-2009 09:54 AM

The wheels are the "Mod Sport" by Schott Wheels. They are incredibly detailed wheels. Fast turn around time on them as well. We painted the centers silver once we got them.

mdprovee 01-09-2009 11:52 AM

WOW !!

Fantastic looking car.

66LS7 01-09-2009 05:29 PM

Nice!!!!

That car was built the same way I did my Chevelle keeping the stock apearing outside & hid all the good stuff underneath. Awsome job! I think the wheels look great also.

COYBILT 01-10-2009 06:44 PM

Hmmmmm, competition?

Looks good guys, are you guys bringing it to the Pleasanton Goodguys show?
I would love to take a look at this car.

Maybe we could do alittle comparo? 65 vs 66

Roadster Shop 01-11-2009 06:23 PM

We'll be out in Pleasanton in August, but this car most likely will not be there. We have a few other projects in line that will probably be there though.

We have 3 more Goats currently underway, all 69's and 70's.

Roadster Shop 01-11-2009 06:34 PM

This one is pretty clean and tradtional looking with the exception of the wheels. (They definitely do make the car though.)

It won't piss as many people off as our green '70 Chevelle ;)
