help me feel better about myself here but when you guys first started workin on your cars all the time did you brake and mess things up to cause unnecessary fixs cause it seems like its happening alot to me.

Heck ya and I still do ! Its called learning:lol: Can't learn if you do'nt try..

Thats what makes this hobby so much fun.

ummmmm yeah! I'm a visual learner and what better way to learn than looking at something you messed up! :lol:

sometimes i just break things to get it in a new cooler version:thumbsup:

All the time. Heck I just got a brand new phenolic carb spacer today, went outside to see if it would fit, dropped it taking it out of that package and it hit the concrete just right and broke. $30 right down the drain. If it wasn't so funny I'd cry. :rofl:

Lets just say I'm getting well rehursed in wet sanding and RE-Clearing...

Well I didn't really mess up anything, but after taking the carpets out, and finding the truck tranny in there I said f**k this.

My list of screw ups is nearly epic.. lol

It's part of the process. As we say "It comes out nice because we do it twice"

I tell all my potential employees if they say they know everything and don't mess up then your not going to work for me. You only get better from learning from your mistakes as long as you don't do it more than three times. Taking your time to lay something out is more proficient than rushing.

Measure once, cut twice...that is the saying isn't it :_paranoid

I've messed up more things than I've put together.:rolleyes:
